Have you been pole dancing for a while and do you feel an increasing need for a challenge? In the advanced class, we will work on technical tricks, flows, and combos. Think of the Handspring, Pegasus, and flowy transitions between moves. There is also room for your own input in this class, so you are supported in achieving your pole dancing goals! In addition to the tricks and flow combos, we will focus on building strength and flexibility.
