What is pole dancing?

The pole dance classes start with a warm-up to activate the muscles and prevent injuries. We will follow this with conditioning and flow exercises to engage the right muscles, train both sides equally, and build strength. With the flow, you will learn to string together different turns and spins in a fluid manner.

You will spend rest of the lesson on tricks and combos on both a static (fixed) and a spinny (rotating) pole. Thanks to the small groups, there will be plenty of room for personal attention. This allows you to progress faster and ensures everyone remains safe during the lesson.

What to wear?

Heels lessons

Knee pads are a must. We will dance in heels with a high platform, such as Pleasers or Hella Heels. Don't have heels yet? You can also join in socks. As for clothing, just wear whatever you feel comfortable in.

Trick lessons

Shorts and a top are important because you need your skin's grip to stay hanging on the pole.
